We’re already finding ourselves in the middle of February, wow! For the last two weeks I had a delicious brunch in Antwerp, moved to London and had my first blogger event. I also discovered a new snack and I’ve officially converted to drinking a one-of-a-kind green tea!

Oh my, just by seeing this picture again I get huge cravings for french toast at Mirlo’s. You can find this coffeebar in lovely Antwerp and they really serve the best breakfast/brunch/lunch. For a last brunch with my boyfriend, Mirlo’s was an obvious choice. I mean, is there anything better than a coffeebar who serves breakfast food ALL DAY? Definitely a must-do!
And then it was time for London! I’m really having a great time and I can’t wait to explore more of my favourite city. I just had to take one of these “mind the gap” photos like a real tourist, haha! ;-) Actually I’m really not feeling like a tourist at all. I’ve been to London for so many times now, that it’s really starting to feel like home. Being on the tube feels like I’ve been doing this all of my life. Really feel like I’m at my second home :-)
Thanks to a colleague at my internship, I could go to my first blogger event! It was more of a networking event, but I got to listen to some inspiring people and really learned something. There were snacks available and that’s when it happened: HELLO Propercorn! I’ve been eyeballing this popcorn snack when I was still in Belgium and now I finally got the chance to taste it. It was soooo good! I fell for the Sweet coconut & vanilla and it’s got such cute packaging as well!
Meet Jools Drinks. They recently launched in Waitrose, which is one of the biggest supermarkets over here. It’s green tea with another flavour, and a very special extra of pearls! The pearls have vitamins in them, so it’s guaranteed to give me that extra boost I need. I wasn’t the biggest fan of green tea, but these extra flavours definitely did it for me! Consider me converted. So if you find yourself in the UK, try one of these!
Aah, Valentine’s! I spent the most romantic day of the year without my boyfriend, but I had a lovely dinner with my mom :-) We went to Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen and I had great gnocchi! Best one I’ve ever had and a serious recommendation if you’re in Shoreditch. I did got an oldschool love letter from my boyfriend which was just the sweetest thing! <3
