Love Story, the new perfume by Chloé
Paris, the romantic hour:
“The sun sets on Paris. The rooftops are silhouetted against the amber sky. A slight breeze runs along the banks of the Seine.
The day fades out, replaced by the excitement of a blooming romance. A soft and playful love story unfolds at dusk.”
Love Story reveals an orange blossom identity – the signature scent of this line. It’s wrapped with playful passion flower and sensual musks, making this an elegant and sexy perfume. The perfume starts off fresh, with flowery citrus scents. Later on it develops to a warm and sensual scent. After all, it’s in the name: love story, l’eau sensuelle!
This is my first Chloé and it took me a few times wearing this scent to get used to it. Love Story is so different from all my other perfumes. It hints at depth and warmth with sandalwood, yet with its floral notes it gives off a fresh vibe. It’s a great feminine scent that I have come to love deeply. Now, every time I wear this perfume I feel sexy and confident.
It’s not a “come and get it”, but a subtle kind of sexy. Like a cat’s tail brushing past your legs, fingertips down your spine or your lover’s soft breath in your neck.
Love Story: The Bottle
Not only our senses, but our eyes want something as well! Let me tell you, the bottle is true eyecandy. It’s in the shape of a lock, hinting at the Ponts Des Arts love locks in Paris. It honestly can’t get any more romantic than this! Inside the bottle you can find the pink blush perfume, accompanied by a the same pink-hued ribbon. The beautiful golden frame with “Chloé” engraved together with the pleated glass in the back feels very luxurious.
It’s the perfect gift, now that Valentine’s Day is approaching…
Chloé Love Story – Eau Sensuelle is available in 30 ml, 50 ml and 75 ml.
I think this is the start of a great love story between Chloé and me. What do you think? ;)
